Collection Times
Collecting Replacement Cattle Tags
Replacement cattle tags can be printed ready for same day collection in urgent cases but otherwise replacement tags will be ready for collection the following day from our Thirsk branch. We also post replacement tag orders the same day if they are ordered before 3pm (and provided they are authorised by the ministry).
For same day cattle replacement tags please call us on 01845 522611 to ensure your order is processed immediately.
Collecting New Cattle and Sheep Tags
New runs of cattle and sheep tags take a bit longer to authorise and print. If you have requested them urgently we will do our best to print them ready. See our branch location for collection point. Our collection times as above. This also includes red replacement and replica sheep tag orders. Button EID Tags are printed out of house so these will arrive direct from the supplier between 7-10 working days.
Collecting Management Cattle and Sheep Tags
Blank management tags can be collected on the same day provided they are in stock. Please call 01845 522611 to check stock levels before collection. Please allow at least 1 working day for basic printed management tags or 3 working days for more complicated management information. See our branch location for collection point.
Please note: We will always contact you if your requested collection date and time is unachievable therefore please make sure we have your correct telephone number and preferably a mobile number. You can leave these details in the 'Additional information' box when confirming your order.
