Strongid P Paste for horses is an effective wormer against adult large and small redworms, ascarids, pinworms and tapeworms when used at a double dose. It does not kill worm eggs, larvae, lungworms or bots.

  • Can be used in foals over 4 weeks of age and Donkeys.
  • One syringe will treat 600kg. Twice the amount is required to treat for tapeworm.
  • Each oral dose contains 11.4g pyrantel embonate in 26g paste.
  • Tapeworms should be treated in Spring and Autumn therefore it may be given twice a year at beginning and end of the grazing season. Normal roundworm dosage needs to be repeated every 4 -6 weeks.
  • Horse meat withdrawal: zero days.
